Just grab your towel & walk down the road towards the Lifeboat station (2mins walk) then embrace the sea. This spot is out of the tidal streams, often flat water & if you start wanting to get a proper swim on then venture out towards the series of yellow buoys. During your weekend break why not make this small activity each day a routine- whatever the weather & embrace the cold days also. When you get back to the house we have hot outdoor showers & the hot tub to complete a rather special way to start each day
