COVID-19 Update: As at 05th April 2020

In light of the latest government announcement around essential travel we Have given guests the option to transfer their holiday dates if they are visiting before 20/5/2020. We have always taken cleaning very seriously. However, we have ramped up our cleaning routines in line with Government guidelines & these procedures will continue throughout the year. We are operating as usual and are encouraging reservations for bookings further in the future.  

The safety of our guests is of upmost importance to us. In light of this, and in line with latest travel guidance, we are contacting all customers travelling before 20th May to transfer their holiday dates.

Please see below for the latest updates. 

  •  For customers travelling between 19th March - 22nd May 2020- they may request to transfer their holiday to new dates in the next 12months. This holiday can take place within the next 12 months from the date of your current arrival. Please be aware that if the cost of your accommodation when you transfer is higher than your original booking, you may have to make a further payment. If it costs less, then you may receive a partial refund. Please be aware that we are prioritising holiday dates that were due to arrive in the next 7 days.   • Customers can request a change to the start date of their booking by up to 12 months.
  • For Holiday stays booked & taken between 1/5 & 31/7 2020 we have a new Policy around Restrictions that may continue to be in place due to the CV. If you have booked your holiday stay between these dates & can not travel due to further restrictions in place then you will have your full holiday stay money refunded. It is possible to also roll your holiday stay over to another time. Please note that this is ony for government restrictions in place and not for if a family member becomes ill or can not travel. Please review your travel holiday insurance cover for this.
